Control: We only accept orders whose amount exceeds 15 €. Unless stated otherwise specified in our writings, orders placed with us are subject without exception to the terms and conditions below.
Any sale in aerospace subcontracting involving security, will necessarily be specified in the order.
OurPrice: offers are valid 30 days.
Shipping: Our goods are sold in our stores deemed taken. Their price will be increased costs of delivery in case of delivery by us. They are carried at the risk of the recipient, even if our company charge shipping. Releases deadlines are ex our stores. These deadlines are indicative and not commit us in any way with the understanding that we will strive to meet. We accept no penalty or claim for compensation or cancellation of order or change order (unless otherwise agreed in writing by us) even for exceptional delivery delays.
Complaints: Complaints must be made before any processing or editing our parts. In case of damage, missing, etc ... it appatient recipients to exercise their recourse against the carriers in the form and time and to inform Transfixations by mail within eight days of receipt of the goods. Pursuant to the usual tolerance in our business, the quantities delivered may differ from the quantities of 5% more or less, without obligation Transfixations recovery of missing or compensation.
Warranty: Our warranty is limited to replacement of parts recognized defective by our technical department. In no event shall our liability shall not be liable for any damage, delay, etc ... drop the utilsation of our equipment.
Returned Goods: Any return of our goods is subject to prior acceptance of Transfixations.
Only goods arriving in good condition we will give right to replacement or having a corresponding, previously agreed, and after having been checked and accepted by us in our stores.
Payment Terms: For LCR, transfer or check DAYS 45 MONTHS LATE. All complaints concerning our invoices must be received in writing within 10 days of receiving them.
Payment default: Non-payment of a delivery allows us to suspend shipments and makes due the value of non-standard products or in process.
